We will help you determine the value of your property by conducting a market analysis, reviewing recent lease comparables, and assessing the condition of the property.

2. DEVELOP A MARKETING PLAN
Once the property value is determined, we will work with you to develop a marketing strategy to attract potential tenants. At Ardor Commercial Advisors, we have invested in all of the major commercial real estate platforms including CoStar, LoopNet, Crexi, Reonomy, and ICSC. We also pay for the premium version where applicable to reach the most potential tenants possible.
Our marketing plan also includes canvasing local businesses, marketing to our expansive database of brokers, national and local retailers, and other property owners. We also include traditional marketing pieces like flyers and brochures, social media marketing, and digital & email marketing,

3. SHOWING THE PROPERTY
We will coordinate property showings with prospective tenants, showcasing the features and benefits of the property and answering any questions they may have.

Our property management division, Curo Property Management, can help you screen potential tenants, including conducting credit and background checks, verifying employment and income, and checking references.
